How can i get dhcp to work with opendaylight?

Hi ,I have a mininet topology setup which is linked to the ODL controller(beryllium) and i am able to see the flows/connections/nodes using YANG UI. I am trying to "discover" these nodes using the DHCP API on the northbound interface or by using an external dhcp server.The reason i am trying to do this is because i want to change the default IP addresses that are assigned to these nodes from the mininet.

Would appreciate help on anyone who can guide or provide materials on the same.
