Ok, that’s clear, but my client purchased three AP305C access points. One of them can no longer be unlinked from the old XIQ Connect account, and I was able to link the other two to XIQ Connect using a new account. If after 90 days I can no longer access it, how am I supposed to manage them? Does this mean they will become unusable because I won’t be able to configure them anymore? Can they use them for 90 days and then just throw them away?

Hello Fiorenzo,
Please clarify whether it was XIQ Connect (free version). The XIQ Connect is a free version of XIQ designed to give a customer the experience of a Cloud deployment, before purchasing. Please, note this deployment has limited functionality upto 90 days only.
The registered email address cannot be used again after the registration period expired. Please refer to the following the KB Article,
