I have 4 HiveAP-320 with a firmware version 6.1.1.0, I would like to update them to put them operational. To update them to version 6.5R10 of the Extreme platform, I must have an intermediate step recommended version 6.5.r3.

I would like to know who can help me with this update.

Hi Arios16,

 
This AP model reached End of Life Support some time ago.
XIQ Classic will drop support for it during the transition to XIQ New.

Hi,

 

In an institutional setting (company, business, school), I would say it’s not an option.

For personal use, you can get it working via the CLI, though without a centralized configuration environment. Monitoring can be handled via SNMP.

Unfortunately, this model doesn't support OpenWrt, which could have been an option for repurposing legacy hardware.
