Hello Extreme,  

I purchased a few AP's on-line and it looks like they are stuck with a stale record on the redirector

Serial numbers are 

24602203170210

24602203170205

04102303141545

How can i get these fixed to put on my network?

Open a Case at Extreme. GTAC can free up the serial numbers.

Please open a case with GTAC. 

If you bought the APs from an authorized reseller and you have active pilot licenses you can open a ticket.  GTAC would gladly resolve this for you.

However, If you bought the APs from the used or grey market you will need to contact the original owner and have them release the AP from their cloud instance.
