Sponsor permitting a guest : Unauthorized.

Hello, I'm using a guest essentials access, using one-time passcode on sponsor approval.

It's working well on a location, but on other locations, when the sponsor click on "permit" to allow the access to the guest, he get this message :

One more thing to verify before opening a GTAC ticket, In the SSID configs in XIQ, please confirm that you have a user profile configured for every VLAN 

Example:

If everything aligns, please open a GTAC ticket for further troubleshooting.

In the Sponsor onboarding rule you may have selected a very specific location thus preventing others from being allowed. Edit the onboarding rule and in the location field select a broader area. Match same on the template and test.

I checked, and as example, my french one is working well, onboarding FR, using location FR
Two others aren't working, DE and ES, and the location is well assigned to them

You have the 3 onboarding rules mapped to the 3 locations. Is the Sponsor template also mapped to the 3 locations?
