Sponsor permitting a guest : Unauthorized.

Hello, I'm using a guest essentials access, using one-time passcode on sponsor approval.

It's working well on a location, but on other locations, when the sponsor click on "permit" to allow the access to the guest, he get this message :

Thanks again for your answer.

Indeed, my ES sponsor template is mapped to the ES location, same for DE and FR.

But still only the FR is working well, I compared everything and can't find where there is a difference.
