Way to broadcast name of AP for wireless surveys?

We currently have some 410C access points and AP4000s managed in XIQ. When doing a wireless survey using Ekahau the AP names show up as 'Measured AP-XX:XX' is there a way to broadcast the name of the AP for the survey?

Where do you find this configuration ?
I followed the instructions in this topics, and in guide of Gareth_Mitchell but I'm still unable to see the name of the AP in a survey Ekahau. Another AP (Wing OS) is well seen with its name.

How do you get to that screen? I can't seem to find it.

@AnthonyM we are using E2122 controllers not sure if that's which controller you have but I think it should be the same. Configuration > Networks > WLANs > Select the WLANs (at least one but we have done it for all of our SSIDs) > advanced
