Hello,

I was wondering if anyone was able to assist/suggest anything regarding XCC Wireless?

We are having a issue where the AP's we have connected are not pulling through the switch port information when looking at the devce list.

Please see below:

Any ideas?

LLDP is working as we can see the info when looking at the switches?

We are running a mixture of ERS 4950GTSPWR+ and VOSS 5420 Switches.

Same behavior also on our  side except that it shows wrong/outdated info.

The main question from my side is how to force a rediscover.

@Jan_Reister - I don't really get the point of your latest question. Is it important how it was onboarded? Yes, we are able to SSH. DNS, IP and MAC are discovered. We pushed an image upgrade as well.

We have NAC behind. There is a mechanism which trigger APs' info/logs to EWC? If yes, there is a way how to force or set a synch time?

Hi,

The AP does not appear to be assigned to a site yet. I don't believe it will obtain an IP nor display it's MAC address until that is done.

the AP does have IP and MAC but is still for some reason not pulling through the switch port info
