Depending on the environment, vertical and applications, 25-30 clients/AP is an accepted optimal number in high density/office spaces, 50-60 clients can do with little client activity and no latency- sensitive traffic.
Max client values of 250 or more are just theoretical capacity figures with no real-world meaning.
