I have about 40 AP3915i APs up and running (contractor done this for us) and I want to change the default AP password. How can I do this, is it via XMC or the controller?
My second question is, can I access the Aps directly using a web browser or is it only SSH? This is useful for troubleshooting individual APs.
Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the reply Stephan. I’ve got a different looking GUI, is it maybe down to software version?
I have a VE6120 Virtual Wireless Controller on Software Version: 04.56.04.0009.
looking at your screen shot, I could well be looking in the wrong place. Apologies, I’m a beginner 🙂

Hello dabbler,
here you can change the passwort for ssh access to the APs. It’s done via Controller GUI.
There is now GUI access only SSH to the AP directly.

Stephan
