Good Afternoon, I have a Controller V2110 V10.41.

I received this error during the installation of AP3917e

Config Manager has experienced an error which has prevented it from properly processing a request. CM will continue running, however this error may be an indicator of a larger system problem. Error Details:AP[1736Y-1544600000] reported at least one configuration item to be invalid. The erroneous encoded configuration item is: 00A500080000008100A60008A9FE003D00A70008FFFFC000

Have you ever seen this error ?

I've to ask sorry, the correct AP is 3915 not 3917,
I resetted the AP to factory default and now is working correctly.

I think you are too fast for the software department !
The AP3917e requires V10.41.02 on the EWC.
Currently available is max. 10.41.01.82. The release notes of this does not include AP3917.

I forgot to mention, that software engineers should be aware of this situation - which could happen with every new hardware and code - and optimize the error checking and output for that ...
It´s a never ending story about that ...

Did you mean AP3915e or actually AP3917e?

What is the actual firmware revision you're running? AP3917e is not yet released for General availability and will be supported with 10.41.02, which is targeting GA in two weeks.
