Hi All,
I'm setting up an wifi network with internal captive portal (C25 controller and 3715 APs).
Everything it's working fine, except apple devices. They take so much time to connect to the SSID and obtains wrong IP Address. For example: the DHCP server delivers ip range 192.168.10.x and the apple devices get 192.168.1.x.
Has anyone ever experienced this ? Any idea ?
Thanks in advance!

I can't answer your question but I can say that in our network (4110 controller, 3700 and 3800 APs) Apple devices also take a long time to connect (authenticate and get an IP).

Is the 192.168.1.x from your network.
Check the role in the client/VNS report - did the client get the correct role.
Please attach a screenshot of the report.
What software version is running on the controller.
