How do I configure WS-C35 IDENTIFI WIRELESS APPLIANCE separate network range so that guest users do not get access to our internal LAN servers?

There are many options to do that and it depend a lot on how you design the network.

If you have no experience with ExtremeWireless I strongly recommend the wireless training or get Extreme Networks professional service or a partner involved.
