Hi

1) If you are using DHCP for AP then make sure ( DHCP option 43 or 78 is enabled for AP scope).
How to configure DHCP option 43 / 78 for your AP , you will get that on Internet. Configuration differs with AP Model.

2) AP registration should be enabled on the Interface you are using.

3) Make sure you allow all vlans on the controllers interface if you are using B@ewc
Make sure the Controllers interface connecting to the switch is configured as access port for the respective controller VLAN if you are using B@ap

Do you have VPN-WAN between AP and controller..then you need maybe to lower the AP MTU size. (MTU under ->static configuration).

Otherwise please open a case in the GTAC so that we can look on it.

Thanks

Could you PLEASE go in more detail or we'll never fix the configuration issue.

- screenshot of topology that is used for AP registration
- screenshot of ping from AP CLI to the controller topology
