Problem to integrate Purview and EWC

I have problems for the EWC to send Netflow traffic to the Purview, having the following:

Purview version: 8.1.5.22
EWC version: 10.41.11.0009

There is only one interface in purview for both traffic collection and administration. EXOS switches are currently configured by sending sflow.

I have made the configuration in the EWC to send the traffic of the WLANS to the Purview engine. The promiscuous mode is enabled in all network segments.

Hello Kevin:

Make sure you are using esa0 int (not Admin) for sending netflow traffic from EWC to the Purview appliance.
Also, certify the udp port 2095 is allowed in your network.
A tcpdump taken from the purview may help you identify if it's been receiving traffic from the EWC.
