I have a customer (school) running a C35 with about 100 AP3805i's. During lunchtime, they experience contention problems in the lunch room. I'm pretty comfortable with the WiNG platform, but not the C35/Identifi platform - can anyone provide any suggestions for where to best monitor/assess wireless use in this area of the building during peak periods? I see that I could likely deploy a few more AP's and use load balancing via a group, but I'm not sure where the best spot is in the UI to determine how much contention there is. Looking for any suggestions that other might have based on prior experience.
Thanks!
Eric

With this information I'd ask you first the following....
- controller version
- topology mode used for the SSID i.e. bridge@AP, bridge@EWC, routed
... and then I'd take a look in the controller dashboard and look for...
- stations by protocol = ratio 2.4Ghz:5GHz
- stations by AP = what is the max users/AP
- APs by channel = good ratio AP/channel
... then I'd check the client by AP report to take a closer look on the APs with the max. clients and the general AP radio settings.

BTW: Looks like the software is likely AC-MV-09.21.05.0007-1.

Thanks Ronald. I believe everything is bridged at the AP. I'll have more details tomorrow morning.
