wireless controller first login c5210

Hi all

I got new wireless controller C5210. I need to do the first login. I have connected my laptop to port eth0 of the controller. my laptop IP is 192.168.10.10. I can not login the controller at the default IP which should be 192.168.10.1 and port 5825 neither can't ping this IP.

anyway have advice for such case.

Hi, Husam!

You have to connect to Mgmt port (192.168.10.1), but not in eth0.
After first connect you can configure Topologies (ports) and other.

If you can't acces through Mgmt port - try Console (as Douf sais).

Thanks for your response. I am connecting my laptop directly to port eth0 which according to quick reference is the mgmt port. I am not connecting to asa0 nor asa1

is there any other management port?
