XCC - 802.11k reports only neighbor on the same channel

Hello, after deep analysys od AP pcap i found out that AP 505 connected to XCC with 802.11k enabled - sends neighbur report only containing  ap on the same channel - far away from client.

Maybe I'm missing something. My guess is OFC.

BTW if someone want to catch thoose frames - here is the filter:    wlan.fixed.action_code == 5

Hello, GTAC response:

Smart rf has to be enabled ... really ?

When we enabled smart-rf it was real disaster, many customer devices have problems with disconnections, poor quality, roaming...

Oh. This could make sense with what I'm seeing as well. I have a company running AP305c's  using 802.11K with clients who just will not roam no matter the local stickyness settings. I can have the AP's down at 5db, and even though the other one might be pumping at 15db with the user right under it, they won't roam.

Different channels too.

I'll have to do a traffic dump and check on this. Thanks for pointing it out!
