Disconnected AP 230 on On-Prem HiveMgr

We have just one AP 230, HiveOS 6.5r9a (in an office with 11 of them), that went offline recently.  It's still tucked into the plenum, and we haven't seen any outside disturbance to its location.  Looking at the port on the switch is odd, because it still shows a device connected, but the MAC does not show in its address table, and the speed dropped from 1000 MB to 10 (both duplex and speed are still configured to auto).  We've tried resetting the port as well as forcing it to 1000 MB, and still this AP will not reconnect.  We think we're going to try to replace it next with another unit, but wanted to see if there's anything else we should try first (since we'll have to configure and ship to this remote office).

Thank you,

Hello Sarah,

Since you’ve already reset the AP and that did not help, the next step would be to unplug it from it’s current switchport and plug it into a good known working switchport (used by another working AP).

For good measure reset it again once plugged into good known working port (press down reset button for 10 seconds).

Thank you

It does not respond to a ping, and we haven’t gotten a ladder on site yet to reach it to possibly reset it.

Hi Sarah,

Does the AP respond to a ping? have you reset the AP? if not can you try it?
