Issues When Connecting Model AP410c Series Access Points to My New AI Laptop

Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble connecting the Model AP410c Series Access Points to my new AI-powered laptop. Here are the issues I’m facing:

  • Connection failures: The access points aren’t consistently recognized by my laptop, and the connection drops frequently.
  • Slow speeds: When connected, the network speed is much slower than expected.
  • Configuration issues: I’m having trouble accessing and configuring the APs through the setup interface.
  • Firmware compatibility: I suspect there might be a compatibility issue with the firmware, as some features aren’t working properly.

I’ve tried resetting the access points, updating the firmware, and checking my laptop's network settings, but nothing seems to fix the problem. Has anyone else encountered similar issues with the AP410c Series Access Points? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

In what operational mode is the AP, ExtremeCloud IQ (XIQ), WiNG Distributed or Centralized mode?
