Hello,
We are experiencing an issue with several access points at our location . Based on our Wi-Fi heatmap (screenshot attached), we have identified that multiple APs are not broadcasting on the 2.4 GHz frequency.
All of the accesspoints have the same network policy.
The map clearly shows that the signal coverage for 2.4 GHz is missing or very poor in several areas, and clients are unable to connect via 2.4 GHz. APs appear to have 0 clients and are not providing any signal on the 2.4 GHz band.
We’ve verified that:
The 2.4 GHz band is enabled in the configuration profile.
Clients support 2.4 GHz.
There are no strong sources of interference identified.
Could you please help investigate why these APs are not broadcasting on 2.4 GHz? If needed, I can provide additional logs or access to the controller.
Thank you in advance.

Hi Albert, we'd likely need to see some tech data files from the AP to investigate this for you, and I wouldn't recommend sharing those on a forum. If you are able, please open a case for this on our Extreme Portal, under the Support Tab.
