I have an AP305CX running version 10.8.6.0 where the LED is orange, which is usually associated with a lack of internet/cloud connectivity. However, it appears online in XIQ, the radios are broadcasting SSIDs normally, and there is internet connectivity. Has anyone experienced this issue?

I rememebr when I had that light... mean one of the radio interfaces was down... what a nightmare that was, and I honestly dont recall how it was fixed, but there was talk bout it being the wrong power, but that is why I had the slow blinking orange lights...
want to read a nightmare, i found the post - be sure to go to page one thought -::

I had that "\operating on 802.3af power instead of 802.3at power" error once, but it was NOT the power. I dont recall the fix - maybe went back a firmware or two - but it could be posted someplace in these forum's, i documented everything here, just dont have time to find it.

Hello! AccuLynx login
Yes, this is a known quirk. On firmware 10.8.6.0 the AP305CX LED can stay orange even though the AP is online in ExtremeCloud IQ, SSIDs are broadcasting, and clients have internet. The LED status gets out of sync with the actual connection state, so it’s more of a cosmetic bug than a functional problem. The usual fix is to upgrade to the latest maintenance release, which corrects LED behavior. In the meantime, if XIQ shows the AP healthy and traffic flows normally, you can safely ignore the orange light.
