Check the cable going to the AP
Move the AP cable to another known working switchport to see if issue will follow AP
If using SonicWall firewall Increase the UDP session timeout: https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000058924
Reset the AP and have it pull the config again
