Troubleshooting - Can't reach device to come back online

I'm having an issue with our AeroHive pod at work constantly going off-line lately. It periodically comes back online then goes back off again, leaving part of the building without wi-fi.  I can't reach the device through Extreme Cloud IQ to get it to come back-up.  Anyone else experience this or have any suggestions?

Fix port speed of the switch to 100mbit. If it comes online and stays online you have a wiring problem

Check the cable going to the AP
Move the AP cable to another known working switchport to see if issue will follow AP 
If using SonicWall firewall Increase the UDP session timeout: https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000058924
Reset the AP and have it pull the config again
