Hi, we started using Extreme Networks APs AP410C last month, and I found one issue with our external radius.
There is somewhere limit like 10sec for authentication, in which is nearly impossible to fill username and password. I did not find any setting in the IQ pilot, and this behavior is not when we are using our old Cisco solution.
When you try to connect, pop-up windows will open, but wifi will be disconnected in 10 sec, and username and password cannot be accepted anymore.
Is there any setting regarding timeout for WPA2-802.1X ?
