Thank you for confirming that for me. I’m not finding any articles or technical cases that match your menu text issue. At this point I think the best next step would be to open a technical support case. If you can let me know your case number, I can add my notes to it so the technician working the case will know what we’ve already discussed. I’m sorry I couldn’t be more helpful here.
