Ap 7532i firmware

I recently bought 30+ Ap 7532i used from a school. But i seem to have some problems with them. They work fine but after setup i cant connect to the acess point via web or console. The AP crashes upon trying to connect to it. 

My guess is firmware issue.  But, as i have read it seems that i might have problems to get a firmware upgrade easaly. As a person without lots of money to spend and a company behind me, how do i get a hold of new firmware?

You have to have a support contract to access the firmware downloads. But I agree it could also be a config issue.

It may also be a config issue. 

1 - Have you reset the APs after you acquired them via console port?

2 - Are they pulling an IP address?

3 - When you say that you can't access via Web and Console, do you mean Web and SSH or the actual console port via console cable on baud rate 19200 or 115200?

4 - What firmware are they currently on?
