AP410i-1-WR losing perfomance

We have 10x APs, all AP410i-1-WR, the performance was good & working fine, until a couple of months ago & it degraded, without any change in configuration or otherwise setting.

Connection is still the same, though we had other APs from another brand & they maintained their performance unaffected from that cause.

Tried to see if I could upgrade the firmware, hoping that it would help, but I can't find the correct path to download it, getting an error when I try.
