Hi,
We bought 7632 APs recently (WiNG v5.9).
The problem we face is about adding new configurations. As after default quick config wizard, the WLANs we add WLAN 1 and WLAN 2 with SSID of Autobar and AGS_Test, it is working and broadcasting.
But after that we try to add new WLAN i.e. Test with same SSID, it is not broadcasting though I copy it just from existing one and changed its name later, so every config is followed from already working configuration.
And for every new addition we have to factory reset and apply new WLAN during quick config Setup.
Solved! Go to Solution.

It sounds like you are only creating the new WLAN (SSID) but not actually configuring the AP’s radio to *use* the new WLAN. It’s a two-step process.
- Create a WLAN
- Configure an AP Profile radio(s) to use the WLAN
- Navigate to the AP’s Profile
- Expand the Interfaces section
- Select “Radios”
- Edit radio1 and/or radio2 (double click on them)
- Go into the tab at the top labeled “WLAN Mapping / Mesh Mapping”
- Highlight the WLAN you want to use in the window labeled “WLANs” and then click on the < button to ‘put’ that WLAN in the Radio’s mapping window.
- Click on OK to close that window
- Repeat for the other radio if needed
- Click on Commit and Save at the top right of the screen
- You should immediately begin seeing the SSID in the air
