Differences between WiNG AP warranty policies?

Hi community,

I have a bit confuse about some WiNG AP warranty.

With older indoor AP like 75xx, 8432, 8533,... they have Ltd. Lifetime Warranty (WiNG), but with new indoor AP like 7612, 7632, they have 01 year warranty.

Could someone tell me about this difference?
Does it mean new AP not able to expand multi-year warranty by NBD AHR service?

I need to check but I believe that AP's 75xx, 8432, 8533 came over with Zebra warranty where AP76xx are manufactured and warrantied by Extreme. Hence why you see the discrepancy.

Yes, I think you need to purchase "Return to Factory" entitlement.
I kindly request that you could reconfirm with our local sale team whether you could order "Return to Factory" for wing products.

Does it mean i can expand product warranty period by purchase " Return & Replace" service with name "PW EXT WARR ..."

In this case, I think you are looking for purchasing Entitlement which has the warranty extension.

With the AP (or wireless controller) has 01 year warranty, can I purchase the NBD AHR service for expand more time warranty (2, 3 or 5 year,...)?
