Failed group key handshake / failed group key handshake

Hello community,

I have unclear issue in logs - strange WPA_WPA2_FAILED logs appears alternately, and after 2 seconds the MU is connecting successfully and it can work without any issue several minutes when roams between aps successfully.
There is something generic. In any ceses it's about sites with VC or VX, WING5 any kind of aps, wing versions, any kind of clients, campuses and warehouses.
Any ideas?

I didn't run into that issue personally, but found another topic on this. Could you please let us know if you use TKIP or CCMP for encryption?

Hi Tomas,

The issue is appears with WLANS with TKIP and WLANS with CCMP encryption.

Can you advise the model number of the AP and the version of code?
Can you also provide a small snippet of the logs pertaining to the client that has/had the issue?

Hello Daren,
For example: site with 18 pices of ap7532 vc wing 5.9.0.2, the other one: 20 pieces of 7131 vc wing 5.9.2.6. The clients are: vocollects, advantech computers, mobile symbol terminals running win ce or android. Some of them are b cleints, the other part are a/bg, and n clients. All of them are affected.
