There’s no method available that I can find in WiNG for altering the actual wireless frame size by specifying a fragmentation value.
Did you find that Fragmentation Threshold definition somewhere in WiNG documentation? If so, it will likely be in reference to PPPoE, L2TPv3, or AAA policy configuration, or the MiNT MTU in WiNG, none of which applies to what you are wanting to accomplish here.
