Guest voucher data limit doesn't work

I am setting guest voucher user with captive portal in virtual controller mode.

I set data limit but doens't work

what does it miss?

Can you advise what version of code the AP is running?

I am not aware of any issues in that code for rate limiting.
Would it be possible to supply your configuration as it relates to the guest wlan to try and replicate.
