Guest voucher data limit doesn't work

I am setting guest voucher user with captive portal in virtual controller mode.

I set data limit but doens't work

what does it miss?

Was able to test and confirm rate limiting on user does not seem to be enforced.
Will need to do some further research and testing.

I think that is typical flag in unknown menu. I will check again.

I have not been able to test further, and my research has not uncovered anything new.
If you are still seeing issues to troubleshoot further would suggest opening up a ticket with GTAC
