How to bypass the limitation of vlan management on EMC version 7.0

I have an issue connectivity between two controllers C5210 and EMC version 7.
CLI config : ok
PORT ssh, SNMP, Langely : open.
And i found this limitation :
Problem 1: VLAN management on the ExtremeWireless Controller is not supported inExtreme Management Center Console.
i want to know how to bypass this problem.

On the controller GUI what is the value for the internal VLAN, you'd find it in > Controller > Network > Topology ... bottom of the page
If it's 1 change it to 4094.

Could you please explain in more detail what the issues is - what are you trying to do and what is the result.
