If you are not able to get back in there via the browser, try out the following:
Console into it
Run the command: >sh ip int br
Log in via web browser
Reconfigure unit
If no DHCP server is present then try getting in via zero config IP address per instructions herein:

after connecting the AP via putty with 115200 speed. it connects to the ap and keep repeating this msg
How to stop this and get access.
