Could someone let me know the management capacity of a WiNG AP (virtual controller) such as max concurrent clients, user entry, WLAN,...like a real controller.

Check here with CLI for limitations:
more system:/proc/dataplane/limits
Otherwise your limit is the RAM memory.

You can find most information in the data sheet.
The limit is maybe not at the controller, but at the RF Domain.
For example a AP can just "control" 128 per RF Domain. With the AP84xx, AP85xx and AP7632 the limit is extend to 256 APs.
To you would build one big network or manage several locations?
