I currently have a NX5500 cluster in a active standby configuration we have been having issues where the active goes into a standby mode all on its own and i was told by the Extreme tech to change the vlan IP address on the standby controller so they do not match the active so when failover does take place we will no longer have conflicts. To do so will i need to break the cluster or just make the changes on the standbuy and reboot both units ? Any guidance is greatly apprecieated
Thank you

Hello OGB-NIKO,
Both controllers require their own IP address at the device level, to avoid duplicate IP issues on wired network.
