I need help!
Every morning we need to reload the AP so that people can connect. We know there is a problem when The logs point to code 3 as shown in the attached image:
authentication is LDAP.

how can we prevent this error?????

you could try to use another port in the wall to the switch maybe?
control the speed of the port on the switch (flapping speed change) ?
change to fix 100 mbit

Reason code 3 points to stations leaving the ESS or IBSS so it's not an error as much as telling you what the station status is and as you can see, this was initiated by the station itself.
Issue may lie somewhere else and has nothing to do with this message.

Any suggestion for repair that?
We just reloaded the AP, but everyday happens that.
