I need help!
Every morning we need to reload the AP so that people can connect. We know there is a problem when The logs point to code 3 as shown in the attached image:
authentication is LDAP.

Reason code 3 points to stations leaving the ESS or IBSS so it's not an error as much as telling you what the station status is and as you can see, this was initiated by the station itself.
Issue may lie somewhere else and has nothing to do with this message.
