Dear all
Thanks for supporting me, as Christoph Saade said All APs are in the same broadcast domain, I have configured for Ap7562 same Ap7161 and I need use wifi in a wide area and the roaming is smooth.
So do I need to use a controller?
Regards

Hello Tuan,
in this scenario, a controller is not an absolute must for roaming between APs to be seamless. It would be used for ease of management of said APs if so inclined.

For 15 APs you don't need more than one domain. Roaming between Aps will work flawlessly.

Hi Tuan,
In general every controller will do - usually it is scaling and advanced features what differs.
If you do not tunnel VLANs, you could use i.e. VX9000 as an cost effective way to adopt all APs.

Ondrej
