Can you please elaborate? I don't understand the question.
Like Andy stated, unless you are tunneling a huge amount of traffic back to the controller throughput is not an issue.

I don't understand the question. Unless you are TUNNELING WLANS back through the Controller. throughput is not an issue. Bridging WLAN locally is preferred as it will eliminate the Controller as a single point of failure
