Hi Ron, I am sorry you are unhappy with the delivery of our Training materials in Digital form, however most people use e-readers for reading material consumption and most training vendors have been using this format for quite some time. We felt that we needed to move toward this type of delivery in order to make our materials more consumable, any where , any place something that you cannot do with a printed manual.
