Is possible change the look and feel of the portal for "web users"?

I want change the default portal for one with a corporate look and feel.

As far as I know, there is no user-configurable way to customize to look/UI for the CP admin page.

tahnsk for your answer but sorry, I´m refering, not to the captive portal for guest users, the portal for operator who creates the guest accounts.

Look in this guide and you can see starting at about page 12 where it shows how to setup the actual look of the CP.
