Connect via serial (19200 or 115200) and login with:
user: reset
password: FactoryDefault

was the AP adopted by a controller? If yes, it should reboot 10-15 minutes and come up with a config error.

This works only 15 minutes after the boot. Try to reboot the AP and than login.

I tried to using console cable with "reset" credential, but it given error "login failure"
