removed main power while a Redundant Power Supply (RPS) is attached and running
-or-
removed power from an attached RPS while main power is running.
Symptoms
RPS Traps are not being sent to NMS, when such traps are expected under these conditions.
Syslog messages
are being correctly issued; that is, respectively:
code:Internal Power source is not working properly or is not present.
-or-
code:External Redundant Power source is not working properly or is not present.
Solution
Upgrade to firmware 6.61.09.0012 or higher.
