Firmware upgrade C35 controller from 09.21.05.0007 to latest version and supporting AP

Dear All,

We are planning to upgrade Firmware of our C35 Controller from 09.21.05.0007 to the latest stable firmware. Can anybody please suggest the upgradation path and the stable firmware to upgrade to.

Can I also get the Access points which are supported and not supported on the latest stable firmware suggested.

Hello Sameera,

the latest firmware for C35 is 10.51.20.0003. Upgrade path is decribed in the release notes: 

“The minimum system software version is 09.21.18 to upgrade to this software version.”

So your upgrade path would be:

09.21.05.0007 (current) → 09.21.18.0009 → 10.51.20.0003

Afaik you need to reactivate the Controller when you upgrade to V10, thus a valid service contract is needed.

Firmware for Access-Points is automatically included in the appliance upgrade. You get the newest firmware for each model (e.g. 10.41 for AP37xx, 10.51 for AP38xx...)
