hi,

opening a GTAC case via Safari is not as smooth as with chrome.
some windows don't appear: for example to add a comment or an attachment

Hi Antonio, Sorry you are having trouble with some of the online case management features on safari. I wanted to confirm that you are in fact talking about the online case management on the extranet.extremenetworks website. (We have a beta going on for a new version of the portal.)
