We have PD PD4-2873612432 in RL 4.0.

RT(Real time) Statistics feature is not available. Our engineering team is in process to resolve PD.
However, I don't have any ETA for solution.

As per as I know, there is no way to see the port utilization through Ridgeline. Only through CLI you can monitor the port utilization.
