Problems upgrading firmware via XMC

Hi guys,

I'm having some dificulties upgrading x460 switches via XMC. The device i'm trying to upgrade is a single switch (not stack) but i get an error message saying that "all device in the stack must be using the same active partition. correct and repeat firmware download".

Do you have any idea of what could be the problem?

Hello,

I do not know what the problem could be. I would suggest a ticket with GTAC and we can enable debug to see what's going wrong.

Thanks

Hi @Ryan Yacobucci,

This is happening in multiple switches. But the one that we are testing, was never a part of a stack.

Hello,

Was this switch part of a stack at one point?

Is stacking enabled?

What do you see with the command "Show Switch"?

Does XMC show the device family as an Exos Stack?

Thanks
-Ryan
